Karen and Ray Cooke wish to welcome you to their delightful Victorian Guest House. We are situated in a quiet, pretty terrace in the heart of Plymouth on Plymouth Hoe. From the front, we have views over Hoe Park to the Royal Citadel and from the rear we have spectacular views over the City Centre.

We have been awarded three stars by Enjoy England and all our rooms are comfortably appointed. Our bedrooms have good quality bed linen, beverage tray with tea, coffee, fruit tea, hot chocolate and biscuits. They also have digital flat screen TV’s with Freeview (over 40 channels) and built in CD/DVD players.

Start the day with one of our excellent breakfasts in our dining room. Help yourself to a variety of cereals, fruit, yoghurts and fruit juices. Our hot menu is freshly prepared and there is a choice of Full English breakfast, lighter or vegetarian options. Hot beverages and brown or white toast are included.
